The 2025 Post Legislative session forum takes place April 17th at the Wicomico Civic Center

SALISBURY, Md. – Lawmakers plan to meet on April 17th to review the General Assembly sessions at the Wicomico Civic Center. The Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce and Tri-County Council for the Lower Eastern Shore is hosting the post-legislative forum.

State senators and delegates will talk about bills debated, passed, and defeated in Annapolis. Chamber President Bill Chambers thinks this continues to be a great thing for community members. He’s hoping residents will get to learn more about what lawmakers have been working on.

“The issues the state has with the budget, the new tax increases on top earners, tech, and IT. They’ll have questions to answer, and the audience will get to submit questions to the legislators and the delegates.”

The luncheon is from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Registration is required, and tickets are $35 for members and $45 for non-members.
