After the game Saint’s Head Coach Brian Femi had this to say about the team’s game today.
“We’ve had eight games in our last eleven days, so they’re really trying on our pitchers and I don’t think our kids realized how much wear it is on ya, and so it’s nice to see them come out today and really just have fun and enjoy it. We lost to tight ballgames and the thing was we played well, you know, and that’s part of baseball that happens. But it’s nice the bats came alive a little bit more today and our pitchers do fantastic.”
