Magnolia man arrested on drug charges following traffic stop
MAGNOLIA, Del. – An early morning traffic stop on Thursday led to felony drug charges for a Magnolia man.
At around 1:45 a.m., a trooper on patrol reportedly saw a Nissan Rogue fail to stop at the stop sign at Walnut Shade Road and Peachtree Run. The trooper pulled the vehicle over, and while the driver was pulling over, he was allegedly seen throwing items from the vehicle.
The driver, 27-year-old Troy McNally, was subsequently arrested, and troopers recovered approximately 2.25 grams of heroin, approximately 6.9 grams of crack cocaine, and 10 acetaminophen and oxycodone hydrochloride pills.
McNally was charged with multiple drug and traffic offenses and was held at SCI on a $35,000 cash bond.
