Good Morning Delmarva discusses the Southern Delaware Orchestra’s new spring concerts

WMDT – The Southern Delaware Orchestra is back for another fantastic concert season.

They have two upcoming shows at Indian River High School on April 26th and Cape Henlopen High School on April 27th.

The theme for their upcoming concerts is ‘Sounds of Spring — a Musical River Journey Through Europe.”

They’ll feature a variety of music from different European composers and Dr. Brianne Borden, faculty from University of Delaware’s School of Music, will perform.

James Allen Anderson, the music director for the Southern Delaware Orchestra, tells us this year’s theme is all about coming together in the new season.

Tickets are $25 for adults and $10 for students.

For Indian River High School, there’s possibly free tickets for students and teacher!
