UPDATE: Fatal shooting under investigation in Seaford

4/11 UPDATE: Delaware State Police have identified the victim as 32-year-old Rihem Frisby.

The investigation remains active.

SEAFORD, Del. – An investigation is underway following a fatal shooting in Seaford Tuesday evening.

Shortly before 6 p.m., Seaford Police and Delaware State Police were called to a reported shooting on Clarence Street, between Thomas Street and Chandler Street. At the scene, officers found the victim suffering from apparent gunshot wounds and began life-saving efforts.

The victim, a 32-year-old Seaford man, was taken to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was shot by an unknown number of suspects.
