DSP searching for missing 14-year-old from Dover

DOVER, Del. – Delaware State Police have issued a Gold Alert for a missing 14-year-old in Dover.

We’re told Alesia Ruiz was last seen at around 4:45 a.m. Thursday, in the area of Venice Way. She is approximately 5’6″, roughly 200 pounds, with pink short hair and a shaved right eyebrow. Police say she was last seen wearing red and black checkered pajama pants with a gray blanket wrapped around her.
