LEWES, Del. – Building maintenance at Beebe Healthcare’s Lewes Campus will temporarily impact traffic flow.

Starting at 8 p.m. Friday, the patient drop-off and pickup circle at the east entrance of the hospital will be closed. The emergency department entrance will not be impacted. Care team members will contact patients about any new discharge locations as a result.

The lane leading to Savannah Road will also be closed to traffic. Anyone leaving will be directed to the exit onto West Fourth Street or Market Street. Entrance to the campus off of Savannah Road will remain open for patients, visits, and emergency vehicles.

All lanes are slated to reopen at around 4 p.m. Saturday, weather dependent and barring any unforeseen delays.
