Seaford PD Corporal named Officer of the Year

SEAFORD, Del. – Congratulations to Corporal Tyler Ruark of the Seaford Police Department for being named the 2024 Officer of the Year.

The agency says he is routinely involved in proactive drug investigations and is a leader in traffic and DUI enforcement, serving as a field training officer for new recruits.
