WMDT – Planet Fitness Trainer Jeremy Smoot has returned with a special march madness inspired routine to help you train like your favorite athlete.

It’s the perfect workout to get you ready this spring!

The routine starts in the field of 64 and makes its way up to the final four.

The workout aims to increase strength and uses cardio to make it a bit more challenging.

You can add in a kettlebell for a bit of resistance while doing lunges or squats.
