Pair arrested in connection to Milford shots fired incident
MILFORD, Del. – Two people have been arrested in connection with a shots fired incident in Milford late last month.
On February 24th, officers were called to the area of West Street and NW 2nd Street for a report of shots fired. At the scene, detectives reportedly found evidence consistent with the report, and learned that a vehicle had been damaged as a result. No one was injured.
Further investigation led police to identify the suspects involved as 20-year-old Emanuel McCrea-Mosley and 21-year-old Dwayne Wiltbank. Over the past week, police found both suspects and took them into custody.
McCrea-Mosley was charged with two counts of attempted first degree assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and second degree conspiracy. He was held on a $152,000 cash bail.
Wiltbank was charged with two counts of attempted first degree assault and second degree conspiracy. He was held on a $62,000 cash bail on these charges and an additional $23,000 cash bail for a violation of probation.
