Milford attempted murder suspect extradited back to Del.

MILFORD, Del. – A man charged with attempted murder in connection to a November 2024 stabbing has been extradited back to Delaware.

37-year-old Derrick Legree was arrested in Pennsylvania in late November and was extradited to Delaware on Friday. He was formally charged with attempted first degree murder, possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, aggravated menacing, possession of a deadly weapon by a person prohibited, and endangering the welfare of a child.

Legree was held on a $622,000 cash bond for this charges and an additional $25,000 cash bond for an active violation of probation. No contact orders were also issued for Legree and the victims in this incident.
