Investigation underway following complaint of alleged incident at Dorchester Co. DOC

DORCHESTER CO., Md. – An investigation is underway after the Dorchester County Council’s office received a complaint against several County employees related to an alleged incident that took place at the Dorchester County Department of Corrections on Thursday.

Details are limited at this time. We’re told that based on the nature of the allegations, the Dorchester County Council’s Office immediately contacted the Dorchester County State’s Attorney’s Office to have the report reviewed. As a result, an active investigation is underway by the Dorchester County State’s Attorney.
