Fruitland Intermediate student serves as Council President for a Day

SALISBURY, Md. – Jack Adkins, a Fruitland Intermediate School student, got to be Salisbury City Council President for a Day.

Elks Lodge 817 made this special opportunity possible through a fundraiser. Jack’s grandmother also helped to ensure he got to experience local government firsthand.
