Dover man arrested on firearms charges

DOVER, Del.- On Wednesday night around 10:42 p.m. the Dover Police Department assisted Delaware Probation and Parole in searching the home of 30 year old Matthew Hoskins of Dover.   During the search officers found a loaded Glock .22 caliber handgun which Hoskins is prohibited from possessing.   

Hoskins was taken in to custody and committed to SCI on $20,000 cash bail.   Hoskins faces two counts of Possession of a Firearm or Ammunition by a Person Prohibited.

Hoskins is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
