Wicomico Partnership wants to ‘Keep Wicomico Warm’ and they need donations
SALISBURY, Md. – The Wicomico Partnership for Families and Children continues the ‘Keep Wicomico Warm’ initiative for the cold.
The group is asking community members for donations to help homeless encampments across the county.
They ask for blankets, socks, gloves, and hats. With the expectation of snow coming, Stephanie King said residents must help those in need.
“The homeless camps in Wicomico County, what we’re doing is putting together these bags of hot-hands, gloves, and we’re going to drop off crates in these encampments across our county.”
You can drop off donations at 110 N. Division Street Suite 108 in Salisbury.
