Two real estate experts team up to educate first time homebuyers

SEAFORD, Del. – Planning to buy your first home? Two local real estate experts are providing some helpful tips.

Allen Payne and Justin Yon are sharing their real estate knowledge with community members on February 25th at the First Time Home Buying Seminar.

The two will be teaching attendees all the ins and outs of purchasing a home, from loan approval to common terminology.

The duo is calling on everyone interested in making the move from renting to buying to join them at the Seaford Library for this informative event.

“Now would be the time, if you’re considering to move this spring or this summer, now would be the time to start thinking about that, and getting everything in preparation for that,” Yon said.

“We’re here to give you the tools that you need to eventually buy a home, whether it be this year or next year,” Payne added.

The seminar will take place from 6-8PM.
