“Shop & Snack” in Downtown Salisbury Saturday

SALISBURY, Md. – Get ready to shop ’til you drop and have a snack while doing it too.

Downtown Salisbury will be holding its Shop and Snack event Saturday, February 8 from 12 to 3 pm.

The event allows you to stroll through downtown Salisbury, exploring many of its unique shops while also enjoying snacks from local eateries.

The event is free to the public and no registration is required.

City officials said the event is a great opportunity to enjoy all downtown has to offer.

“As you come in you’re able to try certain little treats, some maybe those that you’ve tried before, some of these may be some newer treats and snacks that hopefully if you like it, you’ll be able to stop by that eatery throughout the day, whether it’s for lunch or for dinner, and definitely telling friends to come down and join as well,” said Derek Jarmon, Salisbury Economic Development Manager.

Participating shops include Be Salty, Blackwater Apothecary, Breathe Interiors, Delmarva Home Grown, Magnolia West, Reflexology by Stacy, and Two Scoops.

Collaborating eateries include Be Salty, Cake Art, Mogan’s Oyster House, Roadie Joe’s and Two Scoops.
