GMD – Planet Fitness trainer Rust Best and Kara Wells show Good Morning Delmarva a Valentine’s themed workout that helps to strengthen love for each other with a dynamic duo circuit designed to tap into your strength with compound partner exercises.
The workout features a barbell and resistance band which are used for a curl to press, forward lunge to shoulder press, split squat to shoulder press, and combo trunk twists. You should do four sets of 14 reps for these exercises.
