OCPD names Officer of the Year

OCEAN CITY, Md. – Congratulations to OC Police Department Private First Class Benjamin Panitch for being named Officer of the Year.

Panitch has been with the department since 2019 and has served a number of roles. The department says his dedication to public safety has earned him the respect of his peers and the community.
