UPDATE: Frankford shooting leaves one in critical condition
2/4 UPDATE: Delaware State Police have identified the suspect in this shooting and asking for the public’s help in locating him.
The suspect has been identified as 18-year-old Kelvin Wescott of Seaford. Detectives are working to locate him.

FRANKFORD, Del. – Delaware State Police are investigating a shooting that left one in critical condition Sunday afternoon.
At around 1 p.m., troopers were called to the 28000 block of Gum Tree Road in Frankford for a reported shooting. At the scene, they learned that a 41-year-old man had been taken to the hospital with critical injuries after being shot.
Preliminary investigation revealed that a man and the victim had gotten into an argument at a residence when the suspect allegedly shot the victim and fled the scene.
