Fitzwater Street Repaving Project slated to begin next week
SALISBURY, Md. – The City of Salisbury says it will start a road resurfacing project in the Fitzwater Street area next week.
Resurfacing will take place in the Fitzwater neighborhood to repair potholes, cracking, and damage to roadways. Crews will begin removing old road surface on March 5th, and should begin re-paving on March 10th. Work will be conducted in two areas, with Area 1 including 1st and 2nd streets, Pearl Street, Hill Street, and West Main Street. Area 2 includes Church Street, Mitchell Street, and Vine Street.
Drivers must remove their vehicles from these streets during re-surfacing, or they will be towed.
