Felton man arrested for stealing fuel from employer

FELTON, Del. — 26-year-old Colton Ray Faulkner was arrested on January 30, 2025, after being accused of stealing fuel from his former employer between April 2024 and January 2025. Faulkner allegedly used a business fuel card for personal use, charging the fuel to his employer’s account.

After noticing discrepancies, the police launched an investigation and identified Faulkner as the suspect.

He was charged with multiple felonies, including Theft by False Pretense and Unlawful Use of Payment Card. Faulkner turned himself in and was released on a $6,000 unsecured bond.
