Coastal Hospice in search of volunteers

SALISBURY, Md. – Coastal Hospice is offering free volunteer patient care training.

The organization is set to host an orientation session, where they’ll give aspiring volunteers a complete run down of patient care, from bereavement services to 360 hospice care.

Volunteer services manager, Jeffrey Gadow is calling on everyone interested in making a lasting impact on patients to join them on March 14th.

“There’s never a more important time to get out there and volunteer your time, and whether you’ll be with us or be with another organization, there’s plenty of opportunities for volunteering. It’s a great way to connect and give back,” said Gadow.

Orientation will take place from 8am – 2pm at 1113 Healthway Dr. in Salisbury. To register, call 410-543-2590.
