City of Milford election canceled
MILFORD, Del. – The City of Milford has canceled the annual election, scheduled for April 26th.
Before the filing deadline of February 25th, the following individuals had submitted nominating petitions:
- Ward 1 Council – Daniel Marabello
- Ward 2 Council – Nadia Zychal
- Ward 3 Council – Danny Perez
- Ward 4 Council – Jason L. James Sr.
With there being only one candidate for each ward, each candidate will assume office without a formal election. Duly-elected candidates will be sworn in on Monday, May 5th at 6 p.m.
