Blood Bank of Delmarva temporarily closing its doors

SALISBURY, Md. – The Blood Bank of Delmarva’s Salisbury location is temporarily closing its doors.

The organization cited unexpected operational issues as the reason for the closure. Representatives have started making calls to donors to reschedule their appointments.

In a statement to WMDT, communications specialist, Tony Prado said they will, “Provide updates as more information becomes available.”
