Virginia Tech Transportation Institute visits Sussex Tech for safety program

GEORGETOWN, Del. – In December, the Virginia Tech Transportation Institute visited Sussex Tech High School to present their Sharing the Road with Trucks Safety Program.

Students were able to sit in the driver’s seat of a large truck to experience the driver’s perspective and understand the challenges truck drivers face.
