Two SU students sentenced in alleged hate crime
SALISBURY, Md. – Two Salisbury University students accused in an alleged hate crime appeared in court on Thursday.
Logan Clark and Sean Antone, both 19, were among 15 students accused of luring a man to an apartment under false pretenses, tying him up, and beating him. Both Antone and Clark pleaded guilty to false imprisonment, while prosecutors declined to pursue assault charges at this time, according to court records.
Each received a two year sentenced with all but two days suspended for Antone and all but 68 days suspended for Clark. Both also received 18 months of probation.
