Town of Millsboro releases emergency route information due to impending winter weather

MILLSBORO, Del. – With winter weather in the forecast, Town of Millsboro officials have announced information regarding emergency routes.

If a snow emergency is declared by the Town Manager, parking will be prohibited along the snow emergency route, consisting of northbound Main Street from Route 113 to Route 24 bridge and Washington Street from Route 24 bridge to Route 113. Additionally, shoveling sidewalks is the responsibility of the property owner, and snow must be removed after snowfall ends for more than six daylight hours.

Residents should also avoid parking on any town-owned streets.
