Seaford man arrested in Milford following domestic dispute

MILFORD, Del. – Milford Police arrested a Seaford man following an incident Thursday evening.

At around 5:20 p.m., police say they received reports of a man who allegedly displayed a firearm while making threats towards two subjects during a domestic dispute in the 500 block of Marshall Street. The subject fled the scene before police arrived, and a warrant was obtained for his arrest.

At around 10 p.m., the subject, identified as 34-year-old Steve Florestal, was located and taken into custody. At the time of his arrest, police say he was found in possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

Florestal was charged with aggravated menacing, terroristic threatening, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was issued a $4,400 cash bail.
