Planet Fitness Trainer Jeremy Smoot shows Good Morning Delmarva how to keep the body alive in 2025!

WMDT – Planet fitness Trainer Jeremy Smoot returns to show us a full body workout that will keep us moving this year.

The main focus of the routine is total body strength to help with building your muscles.

You can do lunges, skips, squat holds, presses, and more.

Jeremy used a kettlebell to add more resistance, but it’s not required.

You should perform one move for 40 seconds and you then rest for 15 seconds between each rep.
