OCPD officer to participate in final leg of Law Enforcement Torch Run

OCEAN CITY, Md. – Corporal Neshawn Jubilee of the Ocean City Police Department will be one of the runners for the final leg of the Law Enforcement Torch Run in the 2025 Special Olympics World Winter Games in Italy and France.

Neshawn joins a team of law enforcement officers from around the world that will carry the flame of hope. He’s also planning to participate in a polar plunge in Turin, Italy.
