Mechanic gives car readiness tips ahead of snow

DELMARVA. – With some rain and snow in our forecast, car experts want you to be prepared.

Grease Monkey mechanic, Brandon long said checking your tires’ tread and making sure they’re rotated, among other things, are some simple steps you can take to ensure you’re prepared.

“You want to make sure that you have enough air pressure in all of your tires, because you do lose pressure when it gets cold out,” Long said. “You want to make sure you have an ideal amount of tread on those tires, so they can withstand the slippery conditions.”
