Man pleads guilty in 2023 fatal hit-and-run crash in Salisbury

SALISBURY, Md. – A Delmar man has pleaded guilty in a 2023 fatal hit-and-run in Salisbury.

In July 2023, 59-year-old Gregory Dennis was hit by a car while riding a bike in the area of West Salisbury Parkway and Boundary Street. Officials say the driver, later identified as 42-year-old Graham Arthur, didn’t stop after hitting Dennis.

Dennis later died from his injuries.

Arthur was facing a total of seven charges in connection to the incident, but only entered a plea for one. He’s scheduled to be sentencing on Wednesday and faces a maximum of ten years behind bars.
