Lewes man arrested on felony stalking, harassment charges

LEWES, Del. – A Lewes man has been charged with stalking and harassment following an investigation last month.

On December 26th, troopers were contacted by the female victim, who reported harassment and stalking that had occurred throughout the month of December. The victim reported receiving over 40 emails in a one-week span from an acquaintance, identified as 39-year-old Daniel Wilkowski, all of which were reportedly unsolicited and sexual.

A warrant was obtained for Wilkowski’s arrest. He was taken into custody on Saturday by Milton Police during an unrelated investigation.

Wilkowski is currently being held at SCI on a $1,100 secured bond on felony stalking and harassment charges.
