Late-night shooting in Pocomoke under investigation

POCOMOKE CITY, Md. – Pocomoke Police and the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office are actively investigating a late-night shooting.

At around 11:20 p.m. Thursday, police were called to a report of shots fired at a residence on Maple Street. The home was reportedly hit multiple times, but no one inside was injured.

Police believe this incident is related to the shooting that took place on Linden Avenue on Sunday.
