Dover holds off Cape in thriller
LEWES, Del. – Dover was able to hold off Cape 46-40 Friday night in Lewes.
In the first half both Cape and Dover battled hard and kept it close, but Cape came out on top 23-22.
Dover started to pick up the pace and took the lead over Cape by 2 points. With the game neck and neck, Dover was able to hold off Cape down the stretch.
Chase Little and Terrance William both ended the night with a team high of 10 points for Dover.
