Wicomico Co. shooting under investigation

SALISBURY, Md. – Police are investigating a shooting in Wicomico County Tuesday afternoon.

At around 3:15 p.m., Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of subjects shooting at each other in the 28000 block of Rockawalkin Ridge Road, with a Wicomico County School bus reportedly in the vicinity at the time. Police are emphasizing that no students on the bus were involved and were not in immediate danger.

Deputies were able to quickly secure the area to ensure safety of neighboring residents. No suspects or victims were found, but we’re told police did recover evidence related to the shooting.
