Spring and Associates donates tree for Talbot Co. Sheriff’s Office

TALBOT CO., Md. – The 39th Festival of Trees is taking place, and Rodney Spring of Spring and Associates donated a tree to display at the Sheriff’s Office.

Proceeds from the event benefit Talbot Hospital.
