SPD Lieutenant graduates from FBI National Academy

SALISBURY, Md. – The Salisbury Police Department has added Lieutenant Dean Popovich to its alumni of the FBI National Academy.

Lieutenant Popovich graduated from the 292nd session of the 10-week academy last week. The executive leadership training provides education to law enforcement leaders from agencies nationally and worldwide.
