Redemption City Shelter set to host its second annual 5k race

SEAFORD, Del. – Redemption City Shelter is inviting the public to join its 2nd Annual 5K Race this Saturday to help raise funds for the community. The event will support the shelter’s various outreach, shelter, and support services, benefiting those in need.

Participants can choose to run or walk, while enjoying festive music, holiday treats, and the chance to win prizes for the ugliest sweater.

All proceeds will go toward Redemption City’s mission to transform lives and assist individuals who have nowhere to turn.
