Parkside open up Governors Challenge with win over Woodbridge

SALISBURY, Md.- Parkside held off Woodbridge 38-36 Thursday evening, in Salisbury.

In a defense-heavy game Parkside would lead 19-15 over Woodbridge at half. By the end of the third, the Rams extended their lead over the Raiders to 6 points.

In the fourth quarter Woodbridge would make a comeback and outscore Parkside 14-10, but it wasn’t enough to get the win. Parkside’s victory would be lead by Maurice Brown with 15 points, 7 rebounds and 2 steals. Peyton Cropper and Javon Comegys both had 7 points, with Cropper grabbing 10 rebounds.
