Milford takes down Pocomoke in Governors Challenge thriller

SALISBURY, Md.- Milford took their opening tournament game against Pocomoke 75-72 Thursday evening in Salisbury.

Pocomoke jumped out to a large first half lead at 40-28. Milford responded in the third quarter, outscoring Pocomoke 24-8.

Both teams remained neck-and-neck in the fourth quarter, with the Warriors falling just short. Elijah Farrington lead Milford with 31 points and 17 rebounds with Jacob Dickerson right behind with 19 points and 9 rebounds.
