Loved ones create GoFundMe for Wes Davis’s family

SALISBURY, Md. – Salisbury is mourning the loss of a beloved community member and musician. Wes Davis was found dead Wednesday night, after going missing earlier this week.

A GoFundMe page has been set up to support Wes’s wife, Jackie.
Wes was known for his music skills, playing at local restaurants, even taking the stage at this year’s Folk Festival.

Family friend, Michelle Gregory said his sudden death has had a tremendous impact on the community and Wes’s family, so she created this GoFundMe to help alleviate some of the financial stress for Jackie.

“I want to make sure that they’ve got all of the expenses covered. I know that Jackie needs to not have to think about if she can pay for whatever she needs,” Gregory said.

The family is hoping to raise $10,000.
