Local man spreading holiday cheer with Christmas toy drive

SALISBURY, Md. – A local security expert and celebrity bodyguard is bringing back his annual event, all about spreading holiday cheer.

For the third year, Bubba Almony’s Christmas Toy Drive is back to provide local youth with gifts and a free warm meal for families. This year, Almony is hoping to help out 300 families, but he needs the community’s help.

He’s asking folks to donate unwrapped toys and gift cards to help make Christmas special for these families.

“There’s deserving, underprivileged people in the community, and they deserve to have a Christmas. They deserve to at least get one gift; they deserve to just have people that care for them and love them, and to make them feel that warmth and that joy,” Almony said.

You can drop off donations at the Salisbury Moose Lodge, at 833 Snow Hill Rd. The event is taking place Monday, December 23rd, from 4-7PM.
