Good Morning discusses the 34th Nutcracker with the Eastern Shore Ballet Theatre

WMDT – The Eastern Shore Ballet Theatre has a new production set to begin this Friday, December 6th.

It’s their 34th Nutcracker and this morning senior dancer Gabrielle Meddles is here to tell us more about it.

Meddles, dressed for the Sugar Plum, says that it takes a lot of dedication to put this holiday fan favorite, but it’s all worthwhile.

We are told they practice for 6 hours on Saturday and Sunday to perfect their performance!

She says it’s a magical show that included a huge range of ages.

Gabrielle has been dating for over 15 years and hopes to continue dancing in college.

Again, the show will be from December 6th -December 8th at Wicomico High School.
