Crisfield and Princess Anne libraries are hosting a Noon Year’s Eve event for children

SOMERSET COUNTY, Md. – Somerset County Public Libraries are hosting a Noon Year’s Eve celebration on December 31st.

The event is being done to let children celebrate the late-night holiday. It starts from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The Crisfield and Princess Anne Library branches will host the party.

Activities include food, NYE kid tattoos, and a balloon drop scheduled at noon.

Organizers tell WMDT, this is a great way to make kids feel like their celebration counts. “The new year is not necessarily a new me, but this is a great way to reflect on what this past year has been like and what you can do to improve yourself.”

The event is free admission.
