Cambridge police arrest man on drug charges after search warrant execution

CAMBRIDGE, Md. – A Cambridge man was arrested on drug-related charges following the execution of a search warrant at his residence on December 13, 2024. Detectives from the Cambridge Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division, assisted by the Proactive Community Engagement Team (PACE), conducted the warrant as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation.

At approximately 1:07 p.m., officers searched the residence and seized over two pounds of cocaine, 29 grams of crack cocaine, 27 grams of heroin, 30 oxycodone pills, and 15 unidentified pills. Additional items recovered included drug packaging materials, multiple cell phones, and cash.

Adrian Lamar Rideout, 33, was arrested at the scene. He was processed at the Cambridge Police Department before being transported to the Dorchester County Department of Corrections, where he was held without bond. Rideout faces multiple drug-related charges.
