Preliminary investigation revealed that the pedestrian, a 29-year-old woman, was crossing North DuPont Highway from the parking lot of Raceway Liquors. The pedestrian was reportedly not in a crosswalk and was wearing dark clothing. A 2004 Nissan Titan, being driven by a 17-year-old male, was driving northbound in the left lane when he allegedly hit the pedestrian.
