UPDATE: Wanted suspect arrested in Millsboro

MILLSBORO, Del. — The Millsboro Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Isaiah Lecates, who is wanted in connection with the theft of a dog from a local property. Lecates, along with a juvenile accomplice whose identity is being withheld, allegedly stole the victim’s dog.

Lecates is facing active warrants for the following charges:

• Theft under $1,500 with a victim 62 years or older (Class G Felony)
• Conspiracy in the Second Degree (Class G Felony)
