Millsboro man arrested on invasion of privacy charges stemming from business bathroom incident
MILLSBORO, Del. – A Millsboro man has been arrested on invasion of privacy charges.
On Thursday, Millsboro Police were called to a local commercial retail store, with witnesses reporting that a man, identified as 59-year-old Anthony Mistretta, was seen in the bathroom of the store. It was reported that Mistretta was using a cell phone to record and watch victims inside the restroom over a period of approximately five hours.
Mistretta was charged with one count of violation of privacy.
